Oslo: quick day 2 update
Today seemed much closer to normal. Most things that are normally opened Sundays seemed to be open. There were still some military close to the epicenter, but none at either of the locations within a block of our the hotel and none at City Hall a few blocks away. There were people putting up tents or something at the square behind City Hall, presumably for an event next week or weekend. We happened to be on a tram that passed the church where the flowers are being placed and there was a crowd there that was in the 100s but not 1000s; that was close to the areas that were still closed off and with military presence.
